Shipping Policy Wild Wren is not responsible for delays, damage or loss once the item is shipped. Every shipment is insured to the full value, required signature upon delivery, and tracking communicated. We use padded mailers or boxes to ship. We use USPS primarily. Return Policy All final sale items are sold as-is and may have imperfections as detailed in the listing. I do not accept returns but reserve the right to allow a return on a case by case basis. Refund Policy Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. In some cases, a partial or full refund will be given subject to Wild Wren’s discretion. Custom item consult fees are never refundable and are used towards the total price of your item. Lost, Stolen & Broken Policy Wild Wren is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Wild Wren will determine on a case by case basis on breaks.
