I’m interested in the custom process…  To start your custom order, please purchase the listing “consult”. We will meet virtually and work on design, creative elements, and you’ll be able to choose your own stones! I will give you an estimated completion timeline, which is subject to change. The consult fee is non-refundable and will be used as a credit towards your final purchase.

What’s with the names? Music is a heavy influence for me. I often listen to music while designing, smithing, staring into the void… 

What’s your shipping standard? Because we know how important this investment is to you, every shipment is as follows: insured, signature upon delivery, and tracking numbers. 

OOOPS! My item broke… what can I do? Oh no! I’m sorry! Contact me and depending on what is wrong, I am happy to fix your item. Fees for my time and materials apply. 

What comes with my purchase? Along with your shiny new adornment I send out a cleaning cloth. Sterling silver will tarnish and is easily removed with the cloth. I encourage you to use the box to store your item, or reuse it (it will totally hold some small bones). 

Return Policy? Please visit the page labeled “return policy” for details. 

Environmental concerns? Wild Wren uses recycled materials in packaging. We reduce excessive packaging while ensuring safe arrival. 

Ethical concerns? All stones are obtained from other lapidary artists, mines, or trusted sellers. I do my best to notate the local of the stones. You can always message me with concerns or clarification. Silver, materials, and desk tools are all obtained from professional resources here in the USA. 

Ideology concerns? Wild Wren supports and advocates for LGBTQIA+ folks. We believe in core human rights. We believe in taking care of your coven, leading with love, being in the moment, and taking no shit from those looking to rain on our parade!
